To this day, attorney Mitchell Lipcon practices civil law in the Florida county that he loves.

Mitchell Lipcon began his law career as a Dade County, Florida, trial attorney. He was a trial attorney in the Metro Transit Agency at that time. He practiced as a litigator for the Small Business Association. Following his work as a litigator, he went into private practice. At his private practice, he worked diligently to represent injured victims in the Florida court system.
